QuikWave? audio players are designed to provide reliable and consistent audio output for various industrial & commercial applications including voice messages, music loops, special sound effects and etc. Much like CD players playing sound tracks from CD, QuikWave players play WAV/MP3 files from flash memory card but with no moving parts to wear and tear. Audio playback is typically activated via trigger mechanisms such as push buttons, motion sensors, serial ports (if equipped) and etc. Most models have built-in power amplifier for driving speakers directly. Some feature high efficiency class D for low heat operation. Most models also provide line out for external amplification if needed.Relay outputs, available on some models, can be used to synchronously control other electrical devices such as lamps, motors, solenoids and etc.

Power Amplifiers
AMP-1502: An industrial grade class D audio power amplifier housed in a compact rugged metal enclosure.AMP-1502P: Mostly the same as AMP-1502 but has an additional input for analog telephone set.HVTR1: A constant-voltage audio transformer for high voltage audio applications.
Common Features
All features are not available on all models.Superior Sound QualityAll MP3 models conform to the ISO 11172-3 standard and support CBR/VBR up to 320 kbps for the highest possible sound quality.Removable Flash MemoryInstead of providing a fixed amount of internal memory, most players employ removable flash memoy card. This not only makes the memory capacity expandable, but also makes it easy to change audio files in the field by swapping cards.Massive Storage CapacityMost players employ SD/SDHC memory cards that are readily available in a number of capacities to suit different needs. Hundreds of sound files totaling hours of audio can be stored on a single card.Flexible ActivationSome players can be remotely controlled via a serial port. Others can be triggered with push buttons, relay closures, alarm/motion sensors, PLCs and etc. Versatile ConfigurationsAlthough the majority of applications can be handled with the default operation mode, many others require different ways of operation. These special needs can often be met by configuring the player with a simple text file.Built-in Power AmplifierMost players have built-in power amplifier for driving speakers directly. Many also offer line level output for external amplification if needed. Audio-n-Action? Show ControlSome players offer built-in relays for controlling electrical devices such as solenoids, lights, motors and etc. With our proprietary Audio-n-Action technology, these actions can be orchestrated in perfect synchronization with the audio. An automated show control can often be constructed without any extra equipment.
